Behavioral Health Medical Director (Psychiatrist)

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
• Residency trained from an accredited institution
• Board certified or eligible in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Eligible for Connecticut licensure & federal/state-controlled substance licenses

Compensation

• Psychiatrist base salary starting at $255,000+
• Behavioral Health Medical Director base salary starting at $275,000+
• Compensatory salary based on experience
• Bilingual Stipend for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency (upon passing proficiency assessment)
