Behavioral Health Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to lead clinical teams in delivering compassionate, ethical patient care in accordance with recognized standards and care models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clinical programs.
• Ensure the safety and effective management of behavioral health units and operations.
• Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.
• Coordinate team efforts to provide high-quality care aligned with organizational values.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist License at hire.
• At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
