We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee clinical programs and operations in a compassionate, ethical manner, ensuring patient safety and quality care. The role requires managing daily operations and leading a team to deliver patient-centered care aligned with recognized standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensure: Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license in Alaska
• At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience
• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience
