Behavioral Health Manager

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee clinical programs and operations in a compassionate, ethical manner, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, developing programs, and exercising independent judgment on clinical and operational issues within assigned units. The role requires managing daily operations and leading a team to deliver patient-centered care aligned with recognized standards. Qualifications include a Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field, and licensure such as Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license in Alaska. Candidates should have at least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience and 3 years of management or supervisory experience. Skills needed include leadership, clinical expertise, operational management, and excellent communication. The position is full-time, day shift, on-site, with a pay range of $52.19 - $82.39 per hour.
