About the role
Arlington County DHS is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (Resident/Supervisee) to provide crisis intervention services at the Arlington County Detention Facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention services to detainees
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to emergencies
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Current licensure as a Behavioral Health Clinician in Virginia
- Experience working with individuals in correctional settings
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits
- $2500.00 gross signing bonus at hire
- $2500.00 gross at the completion of the probationary period
Pay
The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this role includes regular shifts and an on-call rotation.
