Behavioral Health Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the ED Behavioral Health Psych Observation unit. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide direct patient care for adults with psychiatric or behavioral health emergencies.Monitor patient status, administer medications, and ensure safety within a secure observation setting.Perform crisis intervention as needed and collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, and team members.Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered hospital environment. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience.Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and patient safety skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional growth.
