About the Role
As a Direct Care Technician, on the team you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe group environment and attending to the welfare and basic needs of clients. You will provide informal counseling in the detox center that involve behavioral techniques, reality therapy, supportive encouragement and socialization skills for the clients.
Responsibilities

Schedule
- Full time: Mid shift, 4pm to 12am during the week and every other weekend

Qualifications
- Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Peer support certification or CNA certification a plus, but is not required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
