About the role
Provide compassionate and evidence-based counseling services to individuals dealing with mental health issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid state license to practice as a counselor
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Strong theoretical knowledge of counseling techniques
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems
