Responsibilities
- Provide brief, evidence based behavioral health interventions using in person and virtual modalities
- Screens, assesses, and diagnoses common mental health and substance use disorders
- Collaborates closely with primary care providers, psychiatric consultants, and care team members
- Tracks patient progress using measurement based care and adjusts treatment as needed
- Supports psychotropic medication management by monitoring adherence, side effects, and treatment response
- Participates in regular psychiatric case consultations and communicates recommendations to providers
- Develops relapse prevention and self management plans for patients ready for discharge from active care
- Maintains accurate documentation and follows collaborative care workflows
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in the state of Washington (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LSWAIC)
- 1+ years of experience providing behavioral health treatment to adult and adolescent patients
- Experience assessing and treating common mental health conditions
- Comfortable delivering brief, evidence-based interventions
- Comfortable working with diverse patient populations across mental health and medical conditions
Qualifications
- Licensed or provisionally licensed
- Interested in receiving clinical supervision while pursuing independent licensure

Salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment
