About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care through treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy.
- Support the development and maintenance of standards of practice and quality services.
- Serve as a resource for clinicians, offering consultation, education, and mentorship.
- Coordinate services with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs.
- Engage in client, family, peer, and community education.
- Maintain current knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Alaska clinical license such as Licensed Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor upon hire.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience.
