Behavioral Health Clinician

Role: Master’s Behavioral Health Co-Response Clinician Responsibilities Partner with law enforcement in the field to assess, de-escalate, and stabilize individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.Conduct clinical assessments and develop safety and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.Coordinate linkage to mental health, addiction, and social services across East Tennessee.Document services provided and collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive care.Provide follow-up support to clients, promoting recovery and stability. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field.Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with law enforcement and community agencies.Knowledge of mental health, addiction, and social service resources.Commitment to trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.
