On-Site: 2172 E. 7200 S., Spanish Fork, UT 84660
Shift Availability: Mon/Wed/Fri: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM OR 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
Tue/Thu/Sat: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM OR 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents
- Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming
- Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation
- Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment
- Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans
- Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership
- Use safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention skills when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before the first day of work
