Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
• Automatically collect and process personal data about users and devices interacting with the Services.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of web development and user interface design.
• Experience with data management and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in software development or IT support.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with databases and data management systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and threat detection.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
