Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Hiring Incentive Eligible

Across TCN, our growing team of Advanced Practice Providers elevates the standard of care in the communities they serve, working collaboratively across disciplines and partnering with in-house therapists. We support your growth and development through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities, and lead the mental health field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.
This role is eligible for a $5,000 hiring incentive at this location for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
- Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
Requirements
- Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
- Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred).
- Experience working in an outpatient setting (preferred).
- Experience working with clients across the lifespan (preferred).

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $130,000 – $175,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
