About the role
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN). Our team places high value on the expertise of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, who are integral to our treatment teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
- Provide interventional treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.
Requirements
- Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
- Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $125,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
