Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

About the role

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN). Our team of Advanced Practice Providers, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.

Requirements

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced practice provider license.
• Experience in outpatient settings.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments such as TMS and Spravato.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 – $155,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
