About the role

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN). Our team places high value on the expertise of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, who work collaboratively across disciplines to support our patients' mental health journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
  • Provide interventional treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.

Requirements

  • Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
  • Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state where the clinic is located.
  • Experience in psychiatric and mental health settings.
  • Knowledge of pharmacology and psychopharmacology.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $125,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
