Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

We seek a full-time BCBA - Behavioral Analyst to develop and implement behavioral plans, provide therapy, and support participants with complex injuries and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral therapy, focusing on daily living skills, behavior management, and social skills.
• Collaborate with teams, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective treatment and progress reports.
• Train staff and supervise interns, ensuring adherence to ethical and accreditation standards.
• Participate in treatment planning, research projects, and community-based programming.
• Travel as needed and maintain documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

• A Master’s in psychology or related field
• One year of experience with special populations
• PREFERRED: BCBA certification
