About the role
Full-time position in outpatient pediatrics providing clinical oversight and direct behavior-analytic services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight to BCaBAs and RBTs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data
- Collaborate with families to ensure treatment consistency across settings
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams including SLPs, OTs, and PAs
- Model treatment strategies through direct client interaction, virtual coaching, and consultation to ensure fidelity and skill generalization
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensure if required by state regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
