About the role
Behavioral Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism to develop social, communication, and behavioral skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Document child progress and milestones
- Support children in improving social and communication skills
- Manage restrictive behaviors
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Completion of coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or minimum one year of relevant experience such as child development, camp counselor, paraprofessional, ABA therapist, or behavior technician
