About the role
Join our team and help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism
- Develop and implement behavior plans based on individual needs
- Monitor and record progress towards goals
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Saturday availability required
- Driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check

Pay
- $21/hour during training
- $25–$28/hour with no experience
- +$10.00 per billable hour for weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday)
- +$5.00 per billable hour for Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later
Schedule
- Part-time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
- Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center
