About the role
Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We also provide customized training for ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Collect therapy session data
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
- BA in a related field or undergraduate pursuing relevant education
- Valid RBT certification

Schedule
Monday - Friday: 4:30pm - 7:30pm; Saturday: 10am - 2pm
