Behavior Technician - Spanish-Speaking

Role: Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs
• Conduct structured teaching and play-based sessions with children
• Collect and document accurate behavior data
• Collaborate closely with a clinical team to support client progress
• Participate in structured training to develop skills in ABA therapy

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Passion for working with children with autism and supporting families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collect precise data
• Motivated to grow within the field of ABA therapy
