BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (ROCHESTER)

What You’ll Do

• Assist people with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines
• SUPPORTING positive behavior plans and skill development
• ENCOURAGING independence, choice, and community involvement
• DOCUMENTING daily activities and progress

What You Bring

• A PASSION for helping others and making a difference
• Patient, caring, and dependable
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• MUST have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy
• MUST have high school diploma or GED
• Experience is a plus but not required
