Behavior Technician (RBT)
About the role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Morehead City, NC. As an RBT with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will have the chance to help children grow through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy while building a rewarding career in behavioral health and mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy services in home and community environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills
- Collect session data and complete detailed documentation
- Maintain positive and professional communication with families and supervisors
- Follow ABA therapy and behavioral health protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Experience as an RBT, Behavior Technician, Behavioral Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, or Mental Health Technician preferred
- Candidates interested in completing RBT training are encouraged to apply
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
