Key Responsibilities

  • Absorb and implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in various settings.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy both in-clinic and in the community.
  • Accurately record and monitor client data to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with BCBA/LBA to train families on how to implement the individualized treatment plan.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children with ASD.
  • Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
