About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support to children with special needs in early childhood development settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by therapists
• Monitor children’s behaviors throughout the day
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection techniques
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to develop home-based strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
