About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support to children with special needs in early childhood development settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans designed by therapists
- Monitor children’s behaviors throughout the day
- Provide positive reinforcement and redirection techniques
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to develop home-based strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
