Location: 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson, Viera – 9-month contract, 8 hours per day.
Pay
- Grade 18: $16.68 per hour (requires high-school diploma or equivalent plus either 60 semester hours from an accredited institution with at least 30 hours in general-education core curriculum or child development/education, or a ParaPro Test score of 464 or higher)
- Grade 19: $17.06 per hour (requires Associate of Arts or Science or higher degree)
Responsibilities
- Assist the behavior analyst with data collection
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIP)
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- For Grade 18: high-school diploma or equivalent plus one of the following:
- 60 semester hours from an accredited institution with at least 30 hours in general-education core curriculum or child development/education, or
- ParaPro Test score of 464 or higher
- For Grade 19: Associate of Arts or Science or higher degree from an accredited institution
Qualifications
- Preferred: one year of experience working with children
- For Grade 19: preferred experience with persons with disabilities
