One Step Forward is hiring an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician for in home opportunities in the Hazlet and Keansburg area. You'll work one on one with a child with autism, helping build communication, social, behavioral, play, and everyday living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is a part time position with weekday afternoon and early evening opportunities, with ongoing supervision and support from an experienced BCBA. You'll: Provide one on one in home ABA therapyHelp build communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skillsImplement individualized skill acquisition programsFollow behavior intervention and behavior reduction programsUse evidence based ABA strategies including reinforcement and promptingCollect accurate session data to monitor progressComplete electronic session documentationCommunicate regularly with your supervising BCBA After School Schedule We're currently looking for therapists with consistent weekday afternoon and early evening availability. This is a part time opportunity with ongoing after school cases. Maintaining a consistent weekly schedule is important so you can build a strong relationship with your client and provide continuity of care.
