Responsibilities
- Work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences.
- Deliver evidence‑based, behavior analytic treatment.
- Receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and clinical support.
- Participate in the Instructor Development & Engagement Program (complete bundles + 350 hours of direct clinical experience to earn $1/hr raises).
Requirements
- Childhood vaccinations (MMR & Varicella) and a non‑reactive TB test.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors or child‑sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to a running stance.
Qualifications
Experience in psychology, education, special education, preschool, childcare, coaching, social work, or other child‑focused or helping professions is preferred.
Pay
Starting hourly rate $23–$25 (depending on experience).
Opportunity to earn $1/hr raises through completion of Instructor Development Bundles (each bundle + 350 hours of direct clinical experience); multiple bundles can be completed per year.
