Behavior Technician - Great for Babysitters and Childcare Workers

About the role

Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills such as communication, sharing, or following directions.
• Encourage progress and celebrate small victories daily.
• Maintain physical activity and engagement during sessions.
• Track and document progress for each client.
• Collaborate with a team to assist families in seeing real progress and hope.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 12+ months of experience with kids, or an Associate's degree or higher in a related field and 6+ months of experience with kids.
• A reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to interact with energetic kiddos.

Pay

$23-$29/hr

Schedule

Part-time, up to 20 hours per week, typically 4-5 weekdays from 3:30pm to 8pm, with scheduling based on client needs.
