About the role
Support children with autism in developing essential skills by delivering in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy based on BCBA treatment plans
- Track progress through data collection
- Assist with communication, socialization, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's in Psychology a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Demonstrate patience and empathy
Prior experience and RBT certification are preferred but not required.
