About the role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized behavior-analytic services to children and adolescents with autism. Effective communication with clients, families, and professionals, along with strong time management, are essential. We seek dedicated individuals passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct ABA therapy
• Implementing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collecting accurate data
• Maintaining high standards of care and ethics
• Effective communication with clients, families, and professionals
• Strong time management

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RBT certification or ability to obtain it
• High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience working with children
• Strong communication

• Ability to pass background checks and meet safety requirements
