What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, or community settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCB
- Track client progress and accurately record session data
- Support skill development through positive reinforcement strategies
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
