Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time

Verbal Beginnings · Laurel, MD · 2 wk ago
OTHR$20–$29/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: Overview (maybe not needed), About Verbal Beginnings, WHY BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS SHOULD JOIN US, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Must use

for section headings. Do not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to decide which sections have real content. From posting: - Overview: includes location, schedule, compensation, benefits bullet list. So we could have sections: About the role? Actually "Overview" includes location, schedule, compensation, benefits. But we have separate sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put location maybe in a paragraph under About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe includes location and brief description). Then Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule must be included only if posting actually states them. It does: Compensation: $20-29/hour, based on experience and certifications. Schedule: Part-time, after-school hours (afternoons and evenings). Benefits: list. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract substantive content: About Verbal Beginnings paragraph: "Verbal Beginnings is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider dedicated to unlocking the potential of children ages 2-18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). With the belief that every child can learn, we promote independence and improve the quality of life for the children and families we serve through individualized, research-based treatment. Our commitment to care and our core values have guided us for over a decade — and continue to drive every interaction with every child." WHY BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS SHOULD JOIN US paragraph: "Working at Verbal Beginnings is more than just a job. It's a meaningful career that gives you the power to change the course of a child's life. It came from our team.Flexible schedule. Afternoon and evening hours that work around your life — ideal for students, second-job seekers, or anyone who needs a schedule that fits.Collaborative culture. A supportive team environment where every member is invested in the children we serve and in each other's growth." But note that some of this overlaps with Benefits etc. We need to avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can keep it in About the role or maybe split. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine About Verbal Beginnings and WHY BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS SHOULD JOIN US into About the role section. That would be okay. Responsibilities: The section "Responsibilities THE ROLE ..." includes bullet-like sentences. We'll convert to
  • . Qualifications: Section "QUALIFICATIONS Required ..." includes required and preferred bullet points, plus Certification Note, Physical Requirements. We'll put as list. Benefits: list: Flexible part-time scheduling around your availability, 40-Hour RBT Training Course included, Free BCBA supervision hours, Tuition assistance, Scholarships available for employees pursuing a Master's degree in ABA, Free monthly CEUs through Verbal Beginnings University (VBU). Also maybe student loan assistance mentioned earlier but that's in WHY section; but we can include as benefit? It's mentioned under WHY BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS SHOULD JOIN US: "We also offer student loan assistance, free BCBA supervision hours, and scholarships for employees pursuing their Master's degree." That's overlapping with benefits. We'll include student loan assistance as benefit. Pay: "$20-29/hour, based on experience and certifications." Schedule: "Part-time, after-school hours (afternoons and evenings)". Also location: Field Based (In child’s natural environment: Home, School, Community). Could be included in About the role. We must not include EEO etc. Now produce HTML:

Make sure no extra sections. Ensure no markdown fences. Output only HTML. Check for any duplicated content: We included student loan assistance in benefits; also mentioned in About the role but that's okay as not duplicate? It's mentioned in About the role as part of WHY section; we kept it there as well. That's duplication but maybe acceptable? The instruction: Remove duplicated lines. We should avoid repeating same exact sentence. The student loan assistance appears in both About the role and Benefits. To avoid duplication, we could remove it from About the role paragraph. Let's edit About the role to not include student loan assistance, free BCBA supervision hours, scholarships, free monthly CEUs, etc., because those are covered in Benefits. However the About the role paragraph currently includes those. We'll rewrite About the role to exclude those benefit specifics, focusing on description and culture. Let's craft About the role paragraph without benefit list. About Verbal Beginnings + WHY section but stripping benefit specifics. We'll keep: "Working at Verbal Beginnings is more than just a job. It's a meaningful career that gives you the power to change the course of a child's life. By meeting children where they are — in their homes and communities — you help them communicate, build independence, and connect with the world around them. Over 1,000 lives changed and counting.
