Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: Overview Verbal Beginnings | In-Home ABA Services | Part-Time Changing lives. One child at a time. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified applicants and employees with disabilities. #BT2 Salary Range USD $20.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr. We need to remove boilerplate: EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER etc. Also remove "#BT2". Also remove duplicated lines. We need sections: maybe "About Verbal Beginnings", "Why Join Us" (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a generic heading but we can use "About the role" for overview? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings where appropriate.
We have:
- Overview: includes location, schedule, compensation, benefits list. Could be "About the role" (overview). Or we could split into "About Verbal Beginnings" (company description) and "Why Join Us" (benefits). But the allowed headings list includes "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We can use those.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: could contain overview description: location, schedule, compensation, benefits? But we also have separate Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine location, schedule, compensation, benefits into "About the role". But we also have separate Benefits list (flexible scheduling, training, tuition assistance, scholarships, CEUs). Also Pay: $20-29/hour. Schedule: Part-time, day-time and after-school hours (mornings, afternoons and evenings). We could keep them separate if they are substantive. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state them, so we can include them. However we should avoid duplication: if we put schedule in About the role and also separate Schedule section, that duplicates. Better to put schedule in Schedule section, pay in Pay section, benefits in Benefits section, and About the role for company overview and role description.
Thus sections:
- About the role: maybe a brief description of the role (Behavior Technician, in-home ABA, one-on-one, under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans, etc). That's from Responsibilities? Actually Responsibilities section includes details of what you'll do. So About the role could be a summary: "As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our in-home program, you will work one-on-one with children with autism..." That's from Responsibilities. But Responsibilities also includes bullet list of duties. So we could put the narrative in About the role and the bullet list in Responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (Travel to clients' homes..., Implement..., Collect..., Collaborate..., Build...). That's from "What Your Day Looks Like".
- Qualifications: includes Required and Preferred qualifications, plus Certification Note, Physical Requirements. Could be separate sections: Requirements (maybe required), Qualifications (preferred), Skills? But we have allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could map:
- Requirements: Required qualifications (High School Diploma, driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, patience, compassion, ability to work independently/collaboratively). Also maybe Physical Requirements? Could be separate but we can include under Requirements.
- Qualifications: Preferred qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 6+ months experience). Also Certification Note (must complete RBT coursework within 90 days). Could be included.
- Skills: maybe not needed; we could omit if no specific skills list. The posting doesn't have a distinct skills section beyond those. So we omit Skills.
- Benefits: list: Flexible part-time scheduling around your availability, 40-Hour RBT Training Course included, Free BCBA supervision hours, Tuition assistance, Scholarships available for employees pursuing a Master's degree in ABA, Free monthly CEUs through Verbal Beginnings University (VBU). Also maybe student loan assistance? Actually student loan assistance mentioned under "Why Behavior Technicians Should Join Us". That's also a benefit. So include that.
- Pay: Compensation: $20-29/hour, based on experience and certifications. Also Salary Range USD $20.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.
- Schedule: Part-time, day-time and after-school hours (mornings, afternoons and evenings). Also Flexible schedule. Afternoon and evening hours that work around your life — ideal for students, second-job seekers, or anyone who needs a schedule that fits. So we can combine.
We also have About Verbal Beginnings description (company overview). Could be part of About the role or separate section like "About Verbal Beginnings". But allowed headings don't include that; we could incorporate into About the role.
We must not include EEO boilerplate, "#BT2", etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce something like:
