You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on: Center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapyCommunication, social, and daily living skills Natural environment and play-based learningIn-person BCBA support and supervision What You'll Be Doing: Providing center-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autismImplementing treatment plans and behavior intervention strategiesMaintaining accurate documentation, data collection, and reportingTeaching life skills and supporting children’s developmentParticipating in team meetings, training, and professional developmentEnsuring compliance with BACB and company standards Qualifications: Required Fluent in EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalent Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) CertificationGenuine interest in working actively and playfully with young children Reliable transportation to and from the center Preferred but Not Required Experience working with childrenExperience with developmental disabilitiesCollege coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related field Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, and kneel on the floor throughout the dayLift up to 45 pounds at a timeAble to safely respond to physically demanding behaviors per protocolAbility to be attentive and focused in a busy environment Powered by JazzHR eRRJlw2il5
