Position Details
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours: Vary based on client needs and scheduling
Optional Saturdays: Twice per month based on client needs
Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

What You’ll Do
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
