Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours: Vary based on client needs and scheduling

Optional Saturdays: Twice per month based on client needs

Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
  • Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
  • Collect and record data to track client progress
  • Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
  • Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
  • Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Passion for helping children and families
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
