Compensation
Behavior Technician (BT)
Up to $22.00 per hour
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Up to $24.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data during therapy sessions
- Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work independently while following clinical guidance
- Positive, patient, and professional attitude
- Able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
- Available during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours
