Typical Session Times

• Between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Additional opportunities available on weekends

Compensation

Behavior Technician (BT)

Up to $22.00 per hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Up to $24.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude
• Able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours
