Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record session data and complete detailed progress notes
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers
- Create a structured, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- For RBT Candidates: Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- For BT Candidates: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field preferred
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training support may be available)
