Responsibilities
Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBACollect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notesCollaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learningCreate an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredWillingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employmentAbility and willingness to support the basic needs of clientsReliable vehicle and valid driver's licenseInterest in pursuing RBT certification.
