About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Implementing ABA therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
- Collecting and recording data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment
- Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing high-quality care and support to children and families
