About the role
We are a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center-based services for children between the ages of 2–12. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
- Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
- Collect data and document progress
- Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
- Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Professional references
- Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
- Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Pay
$17–$25 per hour; technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time afternoon positions (M–F 12:30 PM–5:00 PM).
