Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required)

Responsibilities

• Play (we mean work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism
• Bring lesson plans to life like a teaching wizard
• Track progress, celebrate wins, and capture meaningful details
• Coach caregivers to incorporate ABA techniques into daily routines

Requirements

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children

Qualifications

• Ages 21+
• Valid California Driver's License (or active military/military dependent)
• Insured on an auto insurance policy
• Reliable vehicle
