About the role

  • Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, implementing lesson plans as a teaching guide.
  • Track progress, document session details, and celebrate milestones with detailed notes.
  • Coach caregivers to integrate ABA techniques into everyday routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years of experience in early intervention.
  • Ages 21+ with a valid driver’s license, car, and insurance.

Preferred experience

  • Background in childcare, education, or behavioral health roles, such as: Babysitting, Behavior Technician, Social Skills Coach, ABA Therapist, Teacher Assistant, Preschool Teacher, Paraprofessional, Youth Program Coordinator, Camp Counselor, Caregiver, or related fields.
