Behavior Technician

About the role

As a Behavior Technician at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a variety of settings, including in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy
• RBT certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks

Pay

BT Rate: $22–$25/hour

RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour
