Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect data and document client progress
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
- Communicate with families and supervisors effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred
- RBT certification a plus, not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks

- BT Rate: $20-$25/hour
- RBT Rate (if certified): $22-$28/hour
