Behavior Technician

About the role

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team at Imagination ABA Therapy. With a focus on providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families, our organization is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, as assigned
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBAC
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
• RBT certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks

Pay

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour
