Behavior Technician

About the role

CBC Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions at the client's home
• Tailor ABA interventions to meet the client's needs
• Conduct parent training sessions
• Provide constructive feedback to clients and parents

Requirements

• A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• One year of experience working with children preferred but not required
• Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week (Monday – Friday between the hours of 2pm - 8pm and Saturdays between the hours of 8am - 6pm)
• Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin) preferred
• Valid Driver's license, car insurance, and personal vehicle for means of transportation
• Willingness to drive to clients' homes within a 25-mile radius from our San Gabriel Office
• Daily access to computer and internet
• Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
