About the Role
We’re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering therapy directly in the homes of children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect therapy session data
Schedule
Monday to Friday, with two available shifts:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location
Butner, NC (home and community-based)
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in a related field or currently pursuing relevant undergraduate education
- Weekday and weekend availability
